"None of his offices ever answer the phone. They also dont not timely return VM left requesting a call back. I have been a state farm customer for over 30 years and last week I finally had to request to have all my policies moved over to another local office."

"Normally I just pay for my insurance and that’s that. But recently, we ended up in a big mess that required assistance with State Farm. I want to thank Sharai for helping me out through the process! She was communicative, patient (trust me, I kept bugging), and reliable! Whether it was through call, email, or text, she made sure to get in contact with me. As someone who works front desk, it is not easy to keep up with the demands of people! I’m just grateful that Sharai helped me through this stressful moment!"

"Eric and his staff have been working with my parents and my family since we moved to Vegas and they are totally AWESOME and treat everyone like they should be treated not just like it's your fault that life happens or something out of your control happened. When I moved back to Vegas I was told my insurance was going to be over 150 every month for just liability but I didn't understand because I was paying about 65 in California for just that but because of the awesome employee service from Eric's people I pay a great price for full coverage and I'm extremely happy. My oldest son, and my parents and myself all use him and I know that we won't change anything unless we move out of nevada."
